Tim
Davidson, Vice President, Business Development and Strategic
Planning
|
Tim is a retired US Air Force officer
with a 30-year career that included senior staff and leadership positions in
the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Special Operations and Low
Intensity Conflict and 600 combat flying hours in the AC-130 gunship in
Southeast Asia. His areas of expertise include: conducting strategic planning; performing
analyses for international security management, threat assessment, and asset
vulnerability; developing crisis response and exercise plans; and performing
due diligence analysis. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International
Affairs from the US Air Force Academy and a Master of Arts degree in International
Relations from Florida State University.

Cynthia G. Sulton, Senior Consultant
|
|
Cynthia has worked as a senior
security manager for Mobil Corporation, Director of Planning and Research for
the Houston Police Department, Program Manager at the Police Foundation and National Center for State Courts, and Grants
Manager for the National Institute of Justice. Her work has included corporate
and government environments as well as consulting in contracting, engineering,
research, and manufacturing, in the US, Europe, Asia, Africa and Latin America.
Cynthia holds a BA and MA in Sociology plus Doctoral Level work in Sociology.

Brian Matier, Senior Consultant

|
Brian was a senior security
advisor for Mobil Corporation in London from 1977-2000. His areas of responsibility included the UK, Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Prior to Mobil Oil, Brian was Chief Plant Protection Officer for General Motors
Melbourne, and served as Squadron Leader with the Royal Australian Air Force
police and counter-intelligence units, as well as serving in the Melbourne and London Police
Departments. He is currently Managing Director of Tiger Security.

Syed Ahsan Zawar Naqvi, Senior Consultant

Naqvi
has worked
as an Investigations Expert (a post equal to Deputy
Director) for the National Accountability Bureau (NAB)
Punjab and as a Police intelligence officer (Special
Branch for 8 years). He has also served as CEO
of Zener Dicotech (Pvt.) Ltd. Pak.; advisor to The Fives
Company, Canada, and Executive Director of SPI
(Pvt.) Ltd. Pak. Naqvi is a visiting faculty
member for the MBE program at University of Punjab,
Lahore; the Prison Staff Training Institute in Lahore
and at the National Pakistani Police Academy in Islamabad.
Naqvi holds an M.Sc. (Econ.) in Criminology from
Cardiff College, University of Wales. He is the Managing Director of San and Associates.
