Gary is a retired senior security officer with the U.S. Department of State’s Diplomatic Security Service with more than 35 years of security experience with the U.S. Government He also has extensive experience as a security consultant. He is the founding partner of the Garlin Group. His government career included assignments in Turkey, Lebanon, Pakistan, Morocco, France, Saudi Arabia, the State Department and the Pentagon. He has a BA in Sociology from Grove CityCollege, and MEd in Educational Psychology from Wayne StateUniversity.
 

Paul spent more than 20 years with Mobil Corporation as a senior security manager in the Global Security Department. In his last assignment with Mobil, he was responsible for managing the worldwide risk assessment and crisis management programs. Other positions included: Manager of Protective Operations, Corporate Security Department; Manager of Security, Middle East Marine Transportation; Manager of Security, Research Engineering and Environmental Affairs; and Corporate Manager, Security Planning and Programs. Prior to working at Mobil, he was a Supervisory Criminal Investigator and Special Agent with the Department of State’s Bureau of Diplomatic Security. He is the founding partner of the Garlin Group. He has a BA in Political Science from Albright College and a Juris Doctor (JD) from St. John’s University, New York. He is admitted to practice law in New York,New Jersey and the District of Columbia
